Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperCam Studio mobile application and companion desktop software (together, the "App"), developed by BinaryBrew ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any device you own or control, for personal or commercial use. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law. If you obtained the mobile app through the Apple App Store, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to that copy.

Free Features & One-Time Purchases

• The App is free to download and includes a set of core features at no cost
• Certain features (for example, Pro Resolution & Watermark removal, or Security) are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase
• One-time purchases are billed once through your Apple ID and do not renew or expire
• All prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and are charged and processed entirely by Apple

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some features (for example, Effects Pass and All Access) are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. The following applies to any subscription purchase made in the App:

• The title, length, and price of each subscription are displayed in the App before you confirm purchase
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period; you can cancel to prevent renewal at the next period
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions — we do not process payments or refunds directly

Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for the content you stream and for obtaining any consents required to stream it
• You may not use the App to stream, transmit, or record content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates another person's privacy or rights
• You may not attempt to circumvent the App's connection-approval or security features to access another person's stream without authorization

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, interrupted streaming, or third-party network conditions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in App updates or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
