Beta or Special Features Registration

• The app does not require an account to use its core features
• To enable Beta or Special Features, you need to register yourself — we collect only the information you provide during registration
• This information is used solely to manage access to Beta or Special Features, provide support, and send you relevant updates
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

Analytics & Crash Reports

• The app collects anonymous usage analytics and crash reports to help us improve stability and performance
• Crash reports may include device model, OS version, app version, and a stack trace describing what the app was doing at the time of the crash
• Analytics data does not include your video content, camera feed, or any personally identifying information beyond what you have provided
• This data is processed by PostHog, our analytics provider

Camera Access

• The app requires access to your device's camera to provide video streaming functionality
• Camera video is streamed in real-time over your local network only
• No video content is recorded, stored, or uploaded by the app
• Camera access is controlled by iOS system permissions

Local Settings

The app stores the following preferences locally on your device:

• Camera resolution and frame rate settings
• Watermark customization preferences
• Network server configuration (port number)
• List of approved connection IP addresses
• In-app purchase status

Network Information

• The app detects your device's local IP address to enable streaming
• Bonjour/mDNS service discovery is used for easy connection to your camera
• All streaming occurs only on your local network

What We DON'T Collect

Data Storage

• App settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults)
• If you enable Beta or Special Features, your registration information is stored securely on our servers and is used solely to manage Beta or Special Features access and provide support
• Video content is never transmitted to any remote server
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored settings; to request deletion of your account data, contact us using the details below

Third-Party Services

Apple In-App Purchases

• The app uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
• We do not have access to your payment information
• Apple's Privacy Policy applies to these transactions

Apple App Analytics

• If you opted in to “Share with App Developers” in iOS settings, Apple provides us aggregated, anonymized usage and crash statistics through App Store Connect

Crash Reporting & Analytics

• The app uses PostHog to collect anonymised crash reports and usage analytics
• Data sent includes device model, OS version, app version, and crash stack traces — no personal data or video content is included
• PostHog processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy
• We use PostHog's EU Cloud, so analytics and crash data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Union

App Downloads

• Downloads for our companion desktop app may be served from third-party hosting
• When you download the app, that host receives standard request data such as your IP address, subject to its own privacy policy
• No download host receives any personal information beyond what your browser sends with any web request

No Advertising Networks

• We do not use advertising networks or sell data to advertisers
• No device identifiers are used for ad targeting

Video Streaming

• Video streams are transmitted only over your local WiFi network
• You control what content is streamed by controlling your camera
• You control who can access your stream through the connection approval system, approved IP address management, and network configuration
• The app does not record, store, or redistribute your video content

Security

We implement security features including connection approval system, approved IP address management, local network isolation (no internet transmission), and iOS system-level camera permission controls.

Children's Privacy

• This app is not directed at children under 13
• We do not knowingly collect information from children
• The app is a professional utility tool

Your Rights

• Delete the app and all locally stored data at any time
• Reset all settings within the app
• Revoke camera access through iOS Settings
• Control who accesses your video stream

Data Retention

• App settings are retained only while the app is installed — deleting the app removes all local data permanently

• Video content is never transmitted to or retained on any external server
